The house is in a great spot. Park across the street, shops and restaurants all around. Lovely, quiet neighborhood. Ideally for us a public EV charger right down the street. We needed a place to live for a couple of weeks while renovating our house. It worked out as well we hoped.

Great location and house

This house was so cute it was perfect for our trip home as we drove from Las Vegas the house was cute and perfect great location with shopping, deli and a bar literally in walking distance everything we needed was in the area our only complaint was that the back patio looks like its never cleaned it was fruit smash stuck everywhere and they definitely should have someone come out and spray for spiders there were spider webs everywhere outside and we noticed spiders inside especially the bathroom but overall great stay and would definitely stay again

Great Location. House was OK

While in a great location, the furnishings / setup of the house best resembles a college apartment. All rooms, with the exception of kitchen are "bedrooms" although few with closets. This leaves no living space in the house. House seemed clean and OK if your goal is just a spot to sleep. If you plan on spending time in the house, not the best setup.

Bare minimum

If you want to stay in a former psychologist office with the barest of amenities and space this one is for you. 3 bedrooms with no closets, no trash bags, peeling floor boards, 1 roll of paper towels, no dish soap in the kitchen, NO LIVING SPACE, nice set of dishes but sparse pots/pans. All-in-all not up to the standards of other VRBO properties we have stayed in.

Hi Michael, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the property didn’t meet your expectations. To address your concerns, we always stock the unit with a jumbo roll of paper towels, four full-size rolls of toilet paper, and a small box of trash bags under the sink for stays under four days. Each bedroom also features a full-size hotel-style clothing rack with shelves for storage.- The home is zoned residential and has a rich history in the village. While the flooring is not brand new, it is well-maintained and clean, and we’re continually making upgrades to enhance the space.- We encourage guests to reach out to the guest contact should they have any questions or concerns during their stay. We will promptly respond and are always happy to help. Thanks for taking the time to leave your review.

This was the dirtiest rental we have stayed in. There were food remains and dead insects throughout, including a very dirty/sticky fridge, food crumbs in the kitchen drawers and on the countertop. There were visible insect traps and dead insects in every room. There were also large amounts of dust and hair. It looks like the cleaning service only takes care of linens/makes beds and does nothing else. The windows all had sheer coverings which did nothing for privacy or light filtering, which made it hard to sleep.

We followed up with the owner, who would like to address the following:- The home was professionally cleaned and inspected before your arrival, and no issues were noted before or after your stay.- You did not reach out during your visit to report any concerns, which would have allowed our local team to address them immediately.- It’s also important to note that a dog was brought to the property without paying the required pet fee, and pet waste was left on-site after departure.We take great care in maintaining our home and expect guests to do the same. Your feedback has been noted, but this review does not accurately reflect the condition of the property or how it is managed.
