At the front of the home, you'll find two guest bedrooms with a shared bath and a den that can be used as a home office. This home rental includes the option to transfer the Fiddler's Creek Club & Spa membership for the duration of your stay for a one-time fee of $750. This membership grants access to the 54,000-square-foot club, complete with a multi-pool aquatics complex, sundecks with chaise lounges for food and beverage service, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a full-service spa, tennis and pickleball courts, and both casual and fine dining restaurants. The club's activity calendar includes bird watching, spinning classes, wine tasting events, and themed dinner parties. Fiddler's Creek is conveniently located in the growing Southeast Naples corridor, about a 10-minute drive from the white sand beaches of Marco Island and 20 minutes from downtown Naples/5th Ave S. 2026 SEASON BOOKING DETAILS: A 3 month minimum may be required - a two month rental may be considered with bookings for January and February OR March and April.

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: Primary guest whose name is associated with this booking must be at least 25 years of age and must be present for the duration of the reservation.

GUEST LIST: A guest list including full names and ages of all people who will be staying overnight must be provided in writing at least 24 hours to the guest(s) arrival.
