This sizable townhouse accommodates 6 guests in 3 bedrooms with ample sleeping area. The master bedroom upstairs includes a full suite style layout. As you enter this generous size room you will be greeted with breathtaking window views of the Bay, a plush sofa with a wet bar equipped with a mini-fridge and sink, a king size bed with a tv to enjoy some shows before bed, and a walk out balcony. The master bathroom offers an attached walk-in closet, double sink, private toilet area, separate soaking tub, and a walk-in shower with a large window to enjoy the views.

The cozy main floor bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, a TV, and a walk-in closet. The room is stylishly decorated and also includes a private bathroom, offering a tranquil retreat for relaxation. An upstairs guest bedroom boasts a queen bed, a TV, and access to a front-facing balcony with open doors. The rooms bright windows let in plenty of natural light and includes a private bathroom, providing privacy and comfort.

The half bathroom is located on the main floor off the hallway, just outside the guest bedroom. All other bathrooms are private to each bedroom and all include walk-in showers with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner included. The Master Bathroom includes a tub, as well.

The bright and airy kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, utensils and cookware you need to feel at home. This thoughtfully-designed townhouse provides a large countertop space that seats four. With an open concept kitchen, dinging room, and lounge area this home is perfect for engaging all guests. The sliding glass doors and over-sized windows provide a picture perfect main floor with a captivating background. The dining area seats 8 and the living room boasts a wrap around leather coach with ample space for all.

Laundry area is on the third floor off of the hallway to the left, before the Master Bedroom.

The Third Floor has an open office space in between both bedrooms with a printer for guests to use.

The exterior area of this home boasts relaxation and serenity with some of the best views on the Island. An inviting outdoor pool and hot tub area surrounded by lush greenery and waterfront. Six sun loungers are just beyond the edge of the pool and an outdoor dining table sits underneath the fist balcony to enjoy some BBQ in the shade.
