Cette maison offre un salon, une salle familiale, une salle à manger formelle, 3 chambres à coucher (plan d'étage divisé) et 2 salles de bains. Great vacation home

We had a wonderful time in this fully furnished home in an excellent location. The kids loved the private pool and we enjoyed the golf courses in the area. Owners were easy to communicate with.

Perfect vacation property

This was our second time staying at the residence. Everything about our experience was 5 star. Beautiful clean home, lovely neighborhood, spacious kitchen and dining area, and wonderful communication by property owners. Thank you again for letting us visit, and we hope to return next year!

Great home in a beautiful community

We had a wonderful time staying in this home for a week. The furnishings are all excellent and the home was very clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable and we were pleasantly surprised to have little things like disposable masks (we visited during the COVID-19 outbreak), laundry soap and fabric softener, and dishwasher detergent.

We enjoyed our stay at this home and wish we could’ve stayed longer :-) The privacy of the pool area was key. Home was immaculately clean. The bed was comfortable, neighborhood quiet and secure, couldn’t of had a nicer stay.

Wonderful Home

Beautiful home on small lake with a very private and quiet screened-in lanai with pool. The property management was very friendly and helpful. We also loved the location of the home in the gated community and felt very safe. We utilized the owners' provided access to the Players Club on a daily basis for lunches, dinners and relaxing by their pools. We plan on returning next year for another remarkable vacation!

We had a wonderful month at Masters Reserve! The house was lovely with a heated pool and a fabulous location. Mike responded quickly with any issues we had. We absolutely loved the Players Club amenities. We hope to be back again!

Lely Resort

We had a wonderful time at this Lely Property. Lely is a beautiful location for a family vacation! The home is in a perfect location if you are a golfer. Two public courses and one private within a 2 minute drive. The Player’s Club is an amazing facility. My grandkids loved the pools! Mike and Dee, the property managers, were very responsive to any questions we had. We’ll be back!

Great Lake view!

Everything was quite nice at Mike and Dee Williams house except for difficulty opening the sliding doors and the grill could definitely be updated! We enjoyed the beautiful lake view every evening and the pool was a lot of fun. The owners are very responsive when needed. This was our 2nd year renting here and would love to again if it was available.

Clean Stay with good service , but lacking in value.

We recently stayed at this vacation rental and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the home was very clean, the location was convenient, and the pool was a nice feature. The property manager was especially great—super friendly and helpful—and the owner was responsive to any questions we had.However, there were a few disappointments that kept this from being a great stay. The furnishings didn’t match the photos and the home overall felt quite dated and in need of major updating. Essentials were provided, but only the bare minimum—especially compared to other vacation rentals we’ve stayed in, which often included extra amenities and thoughtful vacation touches.While it was a decent place to stay, we didn’t feel it offered good value for the price, especially based on our previous experiences with other rentals in the same price range.

This house looked nothing like the photos. I wrote to owners stating all of the issues. This is what I sent .All the locks in the windows are broke. They were not even latched.If you turn the fan on in the first room on the left, from the garage it blows a fuse.No smoke alarm, covers were off,The lights work on and off in the closet, and the laundry room quit, so my husband replaced it. Floors were very dirty. The sliders didn’t work well . Looks like Blood spatters on the wall in the bathroomThere’s very few utensils ,there is only 4 teaspoons. Three butter knives . There’s hardly any kitchenware.There are not enough wash rags in the house for even for four people,unless you’re doing laundry every single day.The vacuum smells horrible.The toaster doesn’t work right, it took over 5 minutes to toast. One side doesn’t work. The rack on the patio should be thrown in the garbage. It’s full of rust. The refrigerator on the patio also does not work. Dining room chairs have loose legs, husband fixed one. the under seat upholstery is all falling offThe pocket door does not work, Outdoor patio is not even appealing , very dirty, and dusty. The table wasn’t even wiped off.Holes in the Lanai screens. We’ve rented in Lely many times, we have never encountered this. It really needs a new paint job all over. The list goes on and on.

The guest did send this list to me after they left. Much could have been solved if the communication on their part would have been during their stay rather than after. There have been many updates since the photos of my home: new flooring in the sitting room and bedrooms; new bedding in 2 bedrooms; new mattress in 1 bedroom; new sofa in sitting room ( the small sectional that was there was stained). New pictures are coming. There are 14 windows-8 with double locks. They all work. 3 windows of the 8 had only one lock working on each rather than 2. locks ordered There are 7 smoke alarms in this home. Covers were off on 2 of them. They were all checked after the Guest left and work fine. Items that would have been fixed if being made aware of them: 1. toaster 2. Lights that burnt out during stay. 3. 1 dining room chair would have had legs tightened. The other 5 were fine. 4. The cleaners could have returned to mop the floors (we have never had a complaint about dirty floors) The patio doors work fine. There is a very large one in the sitting room off the kitchen. This one needs to be opened from the middle. There was another set of flatware in the kitchen pantry. There are 13 wash clothes for 2 baths. There is a central vac that could have been used. There were no blood stains on bathroom wall. Lanai: Power washed before arrival, table cleaned, refrigerator does work, one lower screen spline is on schedule for repair, no holes in the rest.

A relaxed and enjoyable visit.

This is a beautiful house and we spent a very relaxed and enjoyable time there. We love the Lely area, Naples and all it has to offer, The Players Club, and being able to play golf in the sunshine. As always, Mike and Dee were very quick to respond to our questions, as were Shelle and Jay. We could not have asked for better support. We can hardly wait until our next visit to Lely.

A fantastic house. Very clean, and convenient to all Naples has to offer. The homeowner was very responsive to getting us access to the Player Club and anything else we needed in planning our trip. I would look to book this residence if I was going back to Naples.
