The fully-equipped kitchen invites culinary creativity, complete with modern appliances and ample counter space. Share meals in the dining area, where natural light streams in through the windows.

Each bedroom is designed for comfort with carefully chosen furnishings. Bedrooms one and three feature queen-sized beds, while bedroom two offers a double bed. All beds come with plush mattresses for your added comfort.

The bathroom, while old, is a space to feel rejuvenated, with a shower-over-bathtub combo and essential amenities.

👉 Early Check-In & Late Check-Out:

Our property operates with back-to-back bookings, so early check-ins and late check-outs may be limited.

To guarantee an early check-in, consider booking the night before. Alternatively, if available, an early check-in may be possible for an additional fee.

For late check-outs, booking an extra night might be necessary. If there are no immediate guests following your stay, we may be able to offer a late check-out for a fee.

Please give us as much notice as possible to help us accommodate your request.

👉 Guest Amenities:
Upon arrival, we will provide some basic amenities to help you settle in comfortably. If you need additional supplies during your stay, the nearest supermarket is conveniently located for your shopping needs.

👉 Neighbourly Consideration:
Our property is nestled in a vibrant community, so please be mindful of our neighbours during your stay. Keep noise levels down, especially during late hours, to ensure everyone's enjoyment. Quiet hours are 10pm - 7am.

👉 Climate Control:
Stay comfortable year-round with our reverse-cycle split system and ducted air conditioning located in the lounge room.

👉 Linen & Towels:
We provide hotel-quality bed linen and towels from a commercial laundry service to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and comfort. To maintain this quality, please avoid contact with makeup, fake tan, body lotions, or other substances that may cause stains or damage. A replacement fee of $150 will apply for any linen that is marked or damaged. Thank you for helping us keep our space beautiful for all guests.

👉 Longer Stays:
For stays over 14 days, a mid-stay clean is required and will be arranged at the guest's expense. This ensures the property is well-maintained for your comfort.

👉 Parking Information:
Our property features a standard residential driveway for your vehicle. For your safety and convenience, on-street parking is not permitted.

You will have access to the entire property during your stay.

We are available to answer any questions via our Guest App or over the phone during your stay.

While Rangeway is quieter and less affluent than some parts of Geraldton, it provides easy access to the town's major attractions, beautiful beaches, and essential amenities. Public transportation is readily available, making it convenient to explore the broader Geraldton area.

Our home offers a cosy space where you can feel at home while experiencing the true heart of Geraldton. Whether you're here for work or leisure, you'll appreciate the friendly neighbours and the laid-back atmosphere.

As part of living in Australias natural environment, we want to let you know that household pests such as ants, cockroaches, flies, lizards, snakes, spiders etc are common in Australia and are more common during the spring and summer seasons. While we take every preventative measure to minimise their presence – including regular cleaning between each guest, pest control treatments, and secure food storage – their occasional appearance is something we cannot fully control and they may surface during your stay. If this occurs please reach out and we'll happily assist to rectify this where we can.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest portal. Prior to check-in, you will be required to sign a rental agreement before being provided with your arrival instructions.
🌿 House Rules

We love sharing our home with guests and ask that you please respect these simple guidelines so everyone can enjoy their stay:

No parties or events – This is a peaceful home. Unauthorized gatherings will result in cancellation of your stay, without refund.

No smoking indoors – Smoking is not allowed inside. A cleaning fee of $250 applies if this rule is broken.

Quiet hours – Please keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 7am to be considerate of our neighbours.

Take care of the property – If something is damaged or goes missing, please let us know so we can sort it quickly. Guests are responsible for replacements/repairs.

Check-out – Before leaving, kindly remove rubbish, wash and put away dishes, and leave the home tidy. Extra cleaning fees apply if the home is left in poor condition.

Keys & access devices – Lost or unreturned keys and fobs will incur replacement charges.
