This house is nasty. We got in late friday night May 8th with 5 ppl and had to share one bathroom because the front one was disgusting. It clearly hadnt been cleaned in months and is in need of repair as its rusting, they attempted to PAINT the tub it buts cracking, shower curtains was nasty, baseboards and around the tub has caked on dirt, grout has mildew. Bottoms of multiple doors cracking and peeling off, other peoples products and hair was in there. The sliding glass door bottom rusted out. My fav was all the dead red ants. My daughter slept with her suitcase on the bed in fear that red ants would get in her stuff. Dead bugs in the coffee filter pack, alllll of the doors have dirt and grime on them, ALL OF THEM. Missing knobs on the closet, closets wont hinge. All of the bedding needs to be replaced, we saw stains, the bed pillows were beyond flat. I could keep going but theres a character limit. We all slept on top of the covers with blankets we purchased. I messaged the property manager first thing Saturday morning. No response until Tuesday May 12, mind you we left on May 11th. Nathan responded with " I'm just seeing your email. Other than what you've already described in detail, what is it that you're looking for here". No apologies, no empathy. If you value cleanliness this hasn't a place for you.

Plenty of space and comfortable beds

We stayed here and there was a lot of space and plenty of beds, which were really comfortable. The only thing that I didn’t love was that there was not enough space for us to eat as a family. The table was tiny and the little stools were wobbly. The coffee table pulls to a table but living room seating was also limited. Since there are so many bedrooms, owners know large families are staying here— and not being able to eat family dinner, etc. was disappointing.Overall the house was clean. It was not well stocked in the kitchen, which made it difficult for us to cook family dinners, but we managed. A few plastic spatulas and spoons from the dollar tree would go a long way in making this setup a little better. The neighborhood was wonderful and it was close to everything. There was ample parking and everything felt safe and secure. Back yard was nice and spacious.

I normally try to give properties the benefit of the doubt, but I was very disappointed with this stay. The photos online are very deceiving compared to what you actually see in person. After spending one night in the home, I noticed several maintenance and safety issues that should be addressed before this property is rented again.Some of the concerns included damaged kitchen floors, a side/sliding door that was extremely difficult to open, spider webs throughout the property, a bathtub in the main bathroom that was peeling and rusty, the kitchen chairs were broke we could only use 2 chairs, and a bedroom outlet with no cover plate. When we arrived, there was also a wasp nest directly by the front door and another on the side of the house.Communication was another major issue. The property owner was very difficult to reach. I never received an entry code before arrival and had to contact them myself to get access information. I also had to reach out for checkout instructions because they were not provided. When we discovered the wasp nest and needed guidance on safely entering the property, there was no response from the owner, took us 2 hours to enter the property. The house does have potential and could be a nice place to stay with some proper TLC and maintenance. However, in its current condition, I cannot recommend booking this property. I hope the owner addresses these issues so future guests have a much better experience.
