A wonderful house, centrally, located with more than enough space for us.. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, giant living room. Rooms we walked through, but never got a chance to use. More appliances than you could hope to use. 2 huge ovens, ice maker in fridge, standalone ice maker. We really couldn't ask her anymore, no complaints whatsoever.

The house was amazing. We had enough room for the kids to run around. We were down for a cheer competition and we had a weather delay so the girls were able to come by and hangout. The host was AMAZING at responding to us. We have recommended the house to others. It was fully stocked with anything you could need other than food. It was within walking distance of a grocery store and a park.

We selected this particular property because we were in town for UWF’s graduation. Proximity to the party site and the graduation site was key and this place delivered. No detail was missed on this property. The lay out was exquisite. We planned for the possibility of my mother in law possibly need inn to stay with us but that was not needed. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, a wine cooler and immaculately laid out kitchen were all used. More than we could have expected. When we return, we will be coming here.

The house is spacious and open. The kitchen is huge. The appliances are top of the line. There is every smaller appliance imaginable.Soap, shampoo, etc. are supplied as well as numerous towels including beach towels.Word of warning. If you can't determine how to enter the TV code call the host. After a relatively small number of failures access becomes problematic. The only complaint from family was that the AC in the bedrooms was not substantial. Other than that everything was beyond what we expected. Highly recommend.

Beautiful historical neighborhood

The house in the neighborhood are beautiful. It was very clean and in a very safe area. My sister and I were able to go for walks at night without fear. The house included everything that we needed. There’s plenty of space. The beds are really comfortable and clean. There are plenty of towels. The neighborhood had an Internet outage when we were there. They text us letting us know that they were aware of the issue and came over and installed a Verizon hotspot for us to use for the time being that worked great. Everyone was very attentive and friendly.

It's hard to describe how clean, new, big, lovely and perfect this house is for a family vacation! First we couldn't believe the SPACE! It's huge and was great for us who had a grandmother with a walker... it was so easy for her to get around in the wide open spaces and big hallways. The house is basically brand new and the renovation is tight. It is just so nice. I loved how tidy and clutter-free the home was. It literally had everything we could need and more. We were especially surprised to find one master had an adjustable mattress which was again just so nice for our grandma. Amazing home, amazing yard, the neighborhood is gorgeous. I don't think we'll stay anywhere else when we come to Pensacola!
