Situé à moins d'un mile de la bande de Nashville de Broadway, il a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour votre voyage à Nashvegas! Le condo peut accueillir 4 et a un lit king et un canapé-lit queen! La cuisine est pleine de toutes les commodités dont vous avez besoin pendant votre séjour. Le stationnement est GRATUIT et vous serez situé directement sur la voie verte, idéal pour une course matinale ou juste une promenade pour voir différentes parties de la ville. Promenade facile au centre-ville ou un Uber à 5 $!

Great location out of DT, but close enough to walk to Broadway. Very cozy condo, comfy bed. Nice balcony overlooking the river. Had a great time in DT. make sure you check out Bourbon Street Blues and Boogie Bar in Printer’s Alley!

Location was great, an easy 25 minute walk to Broadway. Neighborhood overall felt safe. Pull out sofa bed wasn’t all that comfortable, but worked for our situation. We enjoyed the balcony by the water. Covered, ample parking was a plus.

My sister and I enjoyed our stay. This condo had everything we needed and has a great view of the river. Close enough to broadway to walk but with the weather we mostly took a quick uber. Harry was very welcoming and communicative. Would definitely stay again.

This is a well appointed and Immaculate unit. Sleeps four. Fantastic pool overlooking the Cumberland River. One bedroom & One Full bath. Queen sleeper sofa in living room. King bed in the bedroom. Two TVs, one in living room and one in the bedroom. A coffee maker, coffee is provided to get your morning started!

This Unit is just steps from the Nashville baseball stadium, walking distance to downtown, Convention Center, Titan Stadium, Farmers market, Greenways, Downtown honky tonks, Ryman Auditorium, Musicians Hall of Fame, Tennessee Performing Arts Center, 5th Ave Arts District,Easy 5$ – 8$ Uber/Lyft ride everywhere! If you have a car, Covered parking is available directly adjacent to this unit!

We have complimentary covered parking right next to the condo. From the condo, you have a view of the beautiful Nashville Cumberland river. Staying at this condo gives you access to a outdoor pool, workout facility and washer/dryer. It’s a very safe building. All of the tenants have agreed on a No Party Policy with a strictly enforced noise ordinance so you won’t have noisy neighbors.
