Le stationnement est gratuit et à 10-15 minutes à pied ou 5 $ Uber / Lyft vous mèneront à Bridgestone Arena, au stade Nissan, au Ryman Auditorium, au Country Music Hall of Fame, au Music City Convention Center, à Germantown, au Farmers Market, au Centennial Park et bien plus encore! !! Parfait pour les couples, les familles, les filles ou les gars le week-end ou si vous êtes à Nashville pour affaires.

This condo was in the perfect location. The view from the balcony is so peaceful and a welcome respite at the end of a fun day. Condo was very nice. Location was perfect. Loved the covered parking. Was able to walk to pretty much everything. Loved being able to go back to the condo and relax while watching the boats go bye on the river. Such a special place. I do recommend Lala Land Coffee. It’s a short 12 minute drive away. We really enjoyed our stay here in Nashville, enhanced by this scenic River View condo with a balcony providing serenity after our busy days nearby in town (filled with music and noise and bright lights - we liked this peaceful setting. This condo is within walking distance to downtown Nashville. We found Ole Red restaurant and it had an excellent band and the food was great. So much to do and see and you would be staying so close by. Communication with the owner was excellent and he response back very quickly. His place is very clean and very comfortable. We felt like we had a second home there in Nashville and we will definitely be staying there whenever we come back for a visit!!!

This is a well appointed and Immaculate unit. Sleeps four. Fantastic pool overlooking the Cumberland River. One bedroom & One Full bath. Queen sleeper sofa in living room. King bed in the bedroom. TV in living room . A coffee maker, coffee and toaster is provided to get your morning started!

This Unit is just steps from the Nashville baseball stadium, walking distance to downtown, Convention Center, Titan Stadium, Farmers market, Greenways, Downtown honky tonks, Ryman Auditorium, Musicians Hall of Fame, Tennessee Performing Arts Center, 5th Ave Arts District,Easy 5$ – 8$ Uber/Lyft ride everywhere! If you have a car, Covered parking is available directly adjacent to this unit!
We have complimentary covered parking right next to the condo. From the condo, you have a view of the beautiful Nashville Cumberland river. Staying at this condo gives you access to a pool, workout facility and washer/dryer. It’s a very safe building. All of the tenants have agreed on a No Party Policy with a strictly enforced noise ordinance so you won’t have noisy neighbors.
PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS NO ELEVATOR.
