Magnifique condo au coeur du centre-ville. Marcher à tout! Regarder des festivals depuis les grandes portes françaises ouvrant sur les balcons de Juliette surplombant la place de la mairie.
Ce condo fait partie d'un entrepôt en denim de 1911. Parquet en faïence original et restauré partout.
Superbe vue sur le parc de la cour de la ville, où de nombreuses festivités se déroulent tout au long de l'année. LA PLUS BASSE MARCHE AU STADE DE NISSAN de toute location en ville, promenez-vous au parc de balle ou à Preds Games ou tout simplement à la bande sur broadway pour une excellente musique country. Nous sommes entourés de superbes restaurants, bars et restaurants dans le quartier historique. Pas de stationnement mais beaucoup d'options de stationnement public disponibles dans le bâtiment
Le condo fait partie d'un développement de 3 appartements et est l'ensemble du plancher du bâtiment. L'ascenseur original entre directement dans le condo. Environ 2850 pieds carrés qui abrite 3 suites, un demi-bain et une cuisine gastronomique. Sièges Carrera en marbre 6. Table de billard et jeux dans le condo pour votre divertissement! Une propriété unique pour une ville unique!

The unit is spectacular. The location is perfect. The host is very responsive to messages. The price is high commensurate with the quality. The demand for garbage disposal and threat of a 500 fine is a little much. But, we just took out the garbage and it was no big deal. If I were travelling to Nashville again, I would certainly stay here. The price was commensurate with two hotel rooms at a nice hotel that my family would need. The unit is spacious, extremely well decorated, and very comfortable.

Loved our stay! Very comfortable and great location. Walkable to everything. Only complaint is the alley way was really loud at night with party buses etc.

Amazing Condo in the Heart of Nashville.

We were all thoroughly impressed with this condo from the minute we stepped in the door. Description and pictures were spot on and the check in process was a breeze. All of use raved about the comfort of the beds and the feeling like being at home! We look forward to coming back and staying here again soon!!

Upscale location with upscale amenities.

It’s not often you walk into your VRBO and there are Viking appliances and quality furniture throughout. This isn’t just a vacation rental in a great location. The owners didn’t rest on the location they went above and beyond to create a place that you’d enjoy no matter where it was.

Perfect location for Game Day!

Great location for Nissan stadium access, and a quick walk to Broadway! Perfect condo for three couples, super spacious and comfortable. Fabulous location to celebrate a 50th and even better with a Packer WIN! Go Pack Go …and the secret bar in the basement of the Noelle is fun too!🤗

Fantastic Place

Great location a few blocks off of Broadway. Close enough but far enough. Great kitchen and nice big living room. All very luxurious. Three bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Two internal bedrooms ( no windows, very dark!) and one external. The elevator opens directly into the apartment with the use of a key fob. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Everything was as advertised!! Jennifer was very accommodating and made us feel welcome.

This property was everything we could have hoped for and so much more!! The pictures do not do it justice. Everything was first class. The location was perfect. The loft is a very short walk away from everything. Jennifer was super accommodating and made us feel very welcome. We would not hesitate for one second to recommend this property. If your looking for a great Nashville experience don't waste anymore time searching - just book here!!!

Nashville 1/2 and More

Wrapped around a wonderful charity 1/2 marathon experience we sandwiched in a great get away. The condo was in the perfect location - just close enough and just far enough away from everything. The condo was super comfortable and just perfect. We also had the treat of the construction on the street below that kept us all entertained...it was like Bob the Builder came to life...it was fascinating!! Reunion Trip

We were a group of 5 women having a reunion and we had a wonderful stay in Nashville in this beautiful loft. The loft was perfect and spacious when we wanted to get away for some quiet. We were all very surprised how quiet the loft was. It was also within walking distance to most everything we wanted to do if you are willing to walk. We only needed to use transportation one time to get to the Grand Ole Opry. Instructions for check in and out were easy. It was clean and communication was perfect. No issues at all. We would definitely stay again.

This is a very exclusive complex that only houses 3 very private condos. Very easy to access from the airport, convenient to all the downtown fun, but at the same time in a quiet enclave. The best of all the worlds! Did i say prime view for the Live On The Green concerts?
