Built in 1882 by the George A. Dickel Company.

Short walk to the Stadium, Lower Broadway & Printer’s Alley.

75” tv in main room, 55” tvs in both bedrooms. 7.5’ Kitchen island with restoration hardware pendant lights. Curated Outlaw Country record collection.

Units 301 & 302 are the only lofts on the 3rd floor. Both are 2 bedroom/2 bath, so if you have a larger group you can rent both and have the whole floor.

If you need more space the 4th floor (units 401 & 402) also has two 2 bedroom lofts.

This unit was a great set up for a girls weekend. Two bathrooms is always a bonus when it comes to girls getting ready. Vijay was very quick to respond to any questions that we had and was more than accommodating. We would definitely book this unit again.

Great location to Broadway and Nissan Stadium. Just as pictured and described. Host provided prompt communication. Bedrooms comfortable and spacious with fantastic air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout. Bonus having laundry facilities inside the unit.

AC/DC Concert 2025

We were in town for the AC/DC concert in May 2025. Severe weather delayed the concert to the next night. The property had availability with no one on the calendar after us and it would have been nice if the property manager could have helped us on the rate for the additional night. They are very inflexible and it was very disappointing. As a result we would probably not choose the 1882 Lofts again the next time we are in Nashville.

Great Location, Very Nice Place

Location was perfect. Place was as advertised. Clean, nice and a great place to hang with friends before a night on the town. Don't be fooled by the unusual entry which is basically through a vape shop. The place is nice.

Fun weekend with friends

Nashville is half way between us and our friends. Looked for a place near printer alley and broadway
 this is it! Two blocks from each! The place is an awesome loft with 2 king bedrooms and baths. Large great room and kitchen. The place was clean, had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were great. Washer and dryer if needed. Will rent again!

This loft couldn’t be more conveniently located. We were there for 4 days and did not need a car. Walked most places with a few Uber rides.

Perfect spot!

We had an amazing experience at the loft! Beautiful decor, super clean, comfortable beds, noise machine in each bedroom was a welcome surprise! perfect walking distance to Nissan stadium, Broadway and downtown. Added bonus- above a liquor store!

Perfect for a Nashville weekend

This apartment is perfect for a Nashville weekend! It’s within walking distance of Broadway - really a short walk. The apartment is huge! Perfectly clean. Has such nice amenities, nice open space, etc etc. We would definitely stay here again if and when we return!! Highly recommend!

Perfect loft

This little gem is absolutely perfect! Very clean, close to Broadway, easy access!!! Highly recommend. The people in the shops (where you enter) were so friendly and helpful. 1000% recommend this place!

Only a few Blocks to Broadway

We really enjoyed this property. It was a perfect place to hang out after a long day of clubbing on Broadway. The folks working in shops downstairs were super nice! (and helpful)

Nashville Gem!

I’m tempted to give this loft a bad review just to drive you away so I can have it all to myself
.but I suppose I should be honest. You will not find a better place to stay near Broadway! The location is absolutely perfect, just a couple of blocks off Broadway, it’s a very short walk to all the crazy fun. Very clean, very comfortable. Beautifully decorated and full of charming signs of the age of this fully renovated building. You will not be disappointed if you book this loft!

Great stay

My husband and I with our adult son and his girlfriend stayed here March 2024. Cannot beat the location! Although there is a lot of construction going around the area currently it didn’t affect our stay much. My son said in the room with the outside wall and fire escape door you could hear construction noise in the morning but it wasn’t too bad and we would stay there again. The loft is very clean and rooms are spacious with closets and en suite bathrooms. Great hot water and soft towels. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the loft but it has YouTube tv and an awesome record player that hooks up to Bluetooth. I’d prefer an Keurig over Nespresso but that’s being ultra picky. I wouldn’t use the coffee maker. It needed a serious cleaning. Easy access with keypads and codes. The ground floor level hosts a liquor store and CBD shop. The workers are very nice and smiled and waved every time we passed by. Felt very safe in this area and walking at night. There are two lofts on the 3rd floor. If the other loft is identical to ours it would be awesome for 4 couples to rent both out. Lastly, the host was very responsive. Just had to message regarding a few questions and Vijay responded immediately and made some local suggestions. Appreciate that.

Spacious and Centrally Located

Had a great time during our stay in Nashville for the long weekend. Vijay is quick and responsive and the space is beautiful. You can hear some street noises so they helpfully provided white noise machines but something to keep in mind if you are sensitive to this. Very conveniently located to Printers Alley and Broadway.

Excellent Location

We have been to Nashville several times. This was, by far, the best location. Vijay was very responsive and the condo was extremely clean. We will definitely be going back!

Nashville loft

Nice clean loft. Walking distance to Broadway. The current construction outside the loft is a bit of a nuisance! Only thing inside the loft is that they could use a shelf or two to put clothes on so you don’t have to dig thru your suitcase. Good WiFi and television.

1882 lofts was perfect

This place was perfect, the location couldn’t have been any better. Short walk to everywhere we wanted to be. 2 blocks from broadway 2 blocks from printers alley. Zero complaints about the loft, very nice, very clean. Very nice bathrooms and comfortable king beds. Anybody else that’s complaining about late night street noise and music has no business staying in downtown Nashville. 1st floor of the building was a liquor/convenience store which was very convenient and the guys running the shops were helpful.

Perfect location - beautiful loft

The unit was perfect. Beds were comfortable and everything was fresh and clean. My only advice to future renters would be to sleep on the inside bedroom if you are a light sleeper. The road noise/music was pretty loud if you are sleeping in the unit with the fire escape. Other than that it was perfectly comfortable, bright and clean.
