Welcome to our charming 1-bedroom apartment near the Beach! This cozy retreat features a comfortable queen bed, a modern bathroom with a relaxing bath, and a living area with a convenient sofa bed, accommodating up to four guests.



Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen for meal preparation and a spacious living area perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. The apartment also includes a washing machine and dryer for your convenience. Step out onto your private balcony to savor morning coffee or unwind with evening views.



As a guest, you'll have access to exceptional facilities, including an outdoor heated infinity pool, a tennis court, BBQ areas, and direct beach access. There's also convenient parking available on-site.



Perfect for families, couples, and business travelers, our apartment offers a retreat with all the comforts of home and breathtaking views. Please note that this apartment is not part of Seashells Mandurah. Whether you’re exploring the Peel region or soaking up the sun on the beach, your stay promises to be unforgettable!

CHECK-IN TIME

- from 3 pm onwards.

- We encourage our guests to let us know their estimated arrival time.



CHECK-OUT TIME

- until 10 am.

- Late check-out in cases of extreme need, which will be evaluated by the manager.



GUESTS

- Guests are required to fill out the verification form, supply their ID and a security deposit at least 24hrs before the check in

- Please do not book on behalf of other people.

- Companies are welcome but must book under the traveler's names.



Guest Verification & Damage Deposit

-Before your stay, guests are required to complete an ID verification and pay a damage deposit of 250AUD through our secure external system, "Safeguest".

-Please note that only physical IDs (such as driver's license or passport) are accepted - digital IDs are not valid.

-Damage deposit is fully refundable after check out, provided no damages are reported.

-The guest needs to take a photo of their ID and photo of their face thru Safeguest.



RULES

- No pets.

- No smoking.

- No parties.

- Visitors are not allowed to overnight.

- Quiet time: 9 pm to 8 am.



PARKING

-There is a parking bay available.
