The American kitchen is fully equipped. The ground floor has two beautiful bedrooms with double beds. There is a solarium area that is accessed by an external staircase, furnished with outdoor sofas and overlooking the sea.

EXTERIOR: The villa has 800m2 of plot completely fenced. It has an uncovered parking with space for 2 vehicles. The pool with rounded shapes is located in front of the villa, with large terrace spaces around it, with loungers to enjoy the beautiful sunny days of the Mediterranean. Most of the plot has beautiful planters that have different types of plants and trees. On the side of the villa there is a built-in barbecue area with an outdoor dining room, here we will also discover a space covered with beautiful vines to enjoy the peacefulness that it offers us.

LOCATION: It is located in a urbanization of Moraira, on a one way street, so there is very little traffic and very quiet. Just a few meters from the sea and its fabulous coves with crystal clear waters. In the vicinity we will find recognized restaurants where you can enjoy Mediterranean cuisine.
