Questo appartamento spazioso e moderno offre alloggi per le vacanze e si trova al primo piano di questo sviluppo popolare, con il suo balcone privato che si affaccia sulla spiaggia di Fistral, sul mare e sulla costa.
Internamente, la proprietà beneficia di una confortevole cucina open space, salotto e sala da pranzo con due camere da letto, entrambe con vista sul mare e sulla costa.

STRUTTURE
C'è un posto auto assegnato per il n. 8, un'ampia tromba delle scale al primo piano o un ascensore per l'appartamento. Fistral Beach si trova a circa dieci minuti a piedi e il sentiero della costa sud occidentale si trova direttamente dietro la proprietà che corre lungo il pub e ristorante Pentire Headland e Lewinnick Lodge in una direzione e verso la famosa spiaggia di surf del centro di Fistral e Newquay nella direzione opposta.

POSIZIONE
Gli ospiti possono prendere il sole sulla spiaggia di Fistral nelle vicinanze, godersi a piedi l'estuario del fiume Gannel o Pentire Headland, una partita a golf sul campo da golf di Newquay o semplicemente esplorare la città di Newquay e i suoi bar, negozi e ristoranti tutti a pochi passi dall'appartamento . La sera è solo una breve passeggiata per il ristorante Lewinnick Lodge per un bicchiere di vino, un pasto e lo splendido tramonto!

Lovely and spacious appartment
Nice and spacious appartment with sea view. Very close to Fistral Beach and Crantock Beach. There are several grest Bars and Restaurants around the corner (fern pit & lewinnick lodge). Supermarket 15 mins by foot.

Great week excellent apartment and all the facilities needed were available. I would just say the welcome folder needs updating there seemed bits added on and the departure time in the folder was not the same as in the email received

Lovely stay and great location.
8 Spinnakers is a lovely apartment in a fantastic location on Pentire headland just south of Fistral beach. We had booked for Easter 2020 but due to Covid had to move the booking, first to 2021 and then 2022. On both occasions Self Cater Cornwall were prompt to make contact and offer the option to move at no additional cost. Email communication in advance was clear and outlined details for parking and key collection as well as contact details to deal with any issues that should arise. The apartment really is far larger than the images suggest. The living area really seems almost disproportionately large for a two bedroom apartment, with a fully equipped kitchen including oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine (bring some ground coffee), crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots, pans, stoneware and Tupperware as well as a washing machine and dishwasher. There is a good sized dining table for four adults and a sitting area with two large sofas, TV with Netflix and a balcony with room for two adults to sit and enjoy the spectacular views of Fistral beach and beyond. There is also BT Wi-Fi in the apartment, I have seen reviews suggesting that it is not reliable but found it no less reliable than would normally be expected of BT and generally seemed to work well. Scones, with jam and cream as well as tea bags, coffee, sugar and a pint of milk were provided and very welcome on arrival after a long journey. There were also a few dishwasher tablets as well as washing up liquid, cleaning/disinfectant spray, soap, dishcloth and tea towel. Perfect at least as a starter if not more long lasting. The master bedroom is large with a firm but comfortable king bed (can be separated into two large singles - 6 feet wide) plenty of storage and a further TV. The en-suite is also large with separate bath and shower cubicle. The second bedroom is a good size with two slightly smaller (standard size) but comfortable single beds, cupboard, drawers and bedside tables as well as another TV. The family bathroom is again of a good size with a shower over a bath that I’d anticipate being big enough for most. Elsewhere there is further storage with an iron, ironing board, airer, hoover etc. and although we didn’t have any requirement for them I noticed a travel cot and high chair in the cupboard adjacent to the front door. The flat is on the first floor, parking immediately outside the main door and is situated approximately a 10 minute (quite steep in places and down some steps) walk from the beach, no more than a five minute drive to the town centre. You can also walk out onto the headland where there is a lovely pub/restaurant and further great views of Fistral and Crantock beaches. Next door is a hotel with a bar but this was quiet and generally the flats were all very peaceful. We had a minor issue with the thermostat while we were staying but contact with Jenny very quickly rectified the issue and it was reassuring to know that there were friendly and helpful people on hand if anything minor needed addressing as will inevitably crop up from time to time. I would happily stay here again if visiting the Newquay area and would recommend to family and friends. The only note of caution would be to particularly light sleepers or parents of young children who do not yet use clocks to identify when to get up that the blinds do not fully block out the sun (which you get more of in the evening than the morning in any case) and although this caused us no issue it may be more of an issue in the height of summer but really only to those as above. On the whole, a great choice for a place to stay, clean, tidy and in a great location with all you could want in a home away from home.
