This lodge is situated in Lanreath, Cornwall and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.

4 Tree Tops is a superb property resting in Lanreath, Cornwall. This all-ground-floor accommodation comes with two bedrooms, comprising of a king-size double with TV and en-suite, a double with TV together sleeping four people and served by a bathroom with a shower over bath, basin and WC. Completing the interior is an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire. Outside, there is off-road parking for two cars and a private terrace complete with hot tub, table and chairs. 4 Tree Tops is an outstanding base to enjoy all year around. Note: Sunday arrivals are not permitted.

Amenities: Gas central heating with electric fire. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, 2 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot (no mattress) and highchair available to hire. Off-road parking for two cars. Private terrace complete with hot tub, table and chairs. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 4 miles, on-site pub/restaurant 5 mins walk. Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am. Note: Steps leading to the property. Note: Due to balcony terrace and lakes on-site, children need to be supervised at all times. Note: Barbecues are not to be brought to the site. Note: The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted. Note: Sunday arrivals are not permitted.

Town: Resting in southeast Cornwall, five miles west of Looe is the small village of Looe, home to a a local shop and Post Office as well as a parish church. The village is famous for its ghost stories, featuring a story of a ghost in black driving a coach pulled by a headless horse. Nearby Looe is a popular spot for families within its safe shallow swimming and vast expanse of sand on the beach.
