This Grade II listed cottage rests in Grange-over-Sands in Cumbria and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.

Westmorland Cottage is a historic Grade II listed cottage found on the outskirts of Grange-over-Sands in Cumbria. There are three bedrooms in the property sleeping six guests including two king-size rooms and a twin, served by a ground-floor wet room and a bathroom. The property also has a kitchen with dining seating, a utility, dining room and a sitting room with a gas coal-effect fire. Outside there is off-road parking for three cars, a rear lawn, orchard and patio garden with furniture and a roof terrace with furniture. Westmorland Cottage is a spectacular holiday cottage for a family retreat to the coast of Cumbria.

Amenities: Gas central heating and gas coal-effect fire. Gas range cooker, microwave, fridge, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Smart TV, WiFi and a selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for three cars please be aware the access to this is narrow.. Rear lawn, orchard and patio garden with furniture. Stone steps leading to roof terrace with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.9 miles, pub 1 mile After your stay could you please return the key to the key safe. Please note: there is a £35 charge per pet.

Hawkshead, Cartmel and Bowness-on-Windermere all lie within easy reach too, making Grange-over-Sands a fantastic touring base.
