Archway Cottage is a semi-detached cottage resting in Crich in Derbyshire. Hosting one double bedroom, along with a shower room, this property can sleep up to two guests. There is an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove, as well as a sun room/boot room. To the outside, there is an enclosed courtyard with seating and bike storage, whilst roadside parking on a first-come, first-served basis. Archway Cottage is a lovely holiday home for a peaceful getaway to Derbyshire.

Electric oven, has double oven and 4 burner gas hob, microwave, fridge (with ice box), washer/dryer, Smart TV (with access to Netflix and Prime TV), Smart speaker, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Free roadside parking on a first-come, first-served basis. Enclosed courtyard with seating. Secure bike storage. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 0.1 miles. Note: The sofa can be used as a sofa bed on request for third guest. Please note:
"This cottage is not suitable for small children and people with mobility issues due to steps and changing levels on both the ground and first floor. Guests who are hard of hearing should inform the owner at the time of booking so that an appropriate fire alarm can be made available."
