The Little Clock House is a duplex apartment resting in the centre of Dartmouth, Devon. It comes with three bedrooms, comprising of a second-floor king-size (zip/link, can be twins), a second-floor king-size and a second-floor double, together sleeping up to six people and served by a second-floor bathroom and a shower room. Completing the interior is an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Annual parking for one car for nearby Mayors Avenue public car park, in addition to street parking where some restrictions may apply. The Little Clock House is an outstanding retreat to enjoy this part of Devon.

Things to do within the area include walking along the coastline, visiting the Blue Flag Award winner Blackpool Sands or enjoying a journey along the Dartmouth Steam Railway.
