Northolme is an end-of-terrace property nestled in the town of Filey in Yorkshire. Hosting four bedrooms, comprised of three doubles, one with en-suite shower, and a single, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to seven people. There is also a kitchen, dining room and a sitting room. To the outside is off-road parking for one car and a patio with furniture. Northolme is a lovely escape for families and friends to come together and enjoy North Yorkshire and the wonderful coastline.

Amenities: Gas central heating. Oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, worktop freezer, washing machine, freezer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair available (Please supply own cot linen). Dedicated Off-road parking for one car at the front of the house. Communal car park to rear of property. South-facing patio with furniture. Two dogs’ welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.8 miles, pub 0.4 miles, beach 2.4 miles. Note; There is a Good Housekeeping Bond of £450 for this property. Access to leisure complex comprising of a covered, heated swimming pool, sauna, steam room and gym.

Region: The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Town: The seaside town of Filey is the perfect place for a memorable break on the Yorkshire coast. The former fishing village is now a tourist hotspot, boasting a historic promenade, beautiful Edwardian architecture and a long, sandy beach. Filey Brigg is a low headland that protects Filey Bay and offers excellent bird watching opportunities throughout the year. The nearby seaside town of Scarborough is a popular choice, offering plenty to see and do, with two beaches, exiting attractions and a rich history, it’s well worth a visit.
