This modern and stylish 1 bedroom apartment is set within a brand new development in the heart of Birmingham. The apartment has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay in a home away from home, including a fully fitted kitchen/open plan living area, clean and modern bathroom with toiletries and towels provided, comfortable twin bedroom and high speed Wifi throughout. The location is very central, which means the city and most of it's attractions can be easily explored on foot.

The Space:
The apartment part of a new complex that has been stylishly decorated and furnished to a high standard. There's an open plan kitchen/living area with floor to ceiling windows letting in plenty of light and adding to the spacious feel. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook meals at home, which you can sit and enjoy at the dining table. The twin bedroom has 2 single beds (unfortunately we cannot offer a double) which will be made up with hotel linen. The modern and cean bathroom has a powerful shower and there will be fluffy towels for your use and complimentary toiletries. There's a smart Tv and free Wi-Fi throughout the apartment. The building has a communal roof terrace which you are welcome to make use of and take in the views across the city.
There is also a communal roof terrace that you can make use of during your stay.

Guest Access:
Guests will have sole access the apartment for the entire stay.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the city centre amongst a modern and safe development, there's an array of shops, bars, restaurants and cafes right on your doorstep. The majority of the cities attractions are within walking distance, with the main Bullring Shopping Centre just 10 minutes on foot.

Getting Around:
Most points of interest in the city are within walking distance, but there are also a number of bus routes leaving from the road outside the property. Birmingham New Street Train station is a short bus or taxi ride away or a 10-15 minute walk.

Other Things to Note:
Please confirm your arrival time to the flat at least 24 hours before your check-in.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable.

Late check-in fees:
For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is a £50 charge.
For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is a £75 charge.

For security reasons:
We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
