Set on the ground-floor and hosting one double bedroom, along with a bathroom and an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with underfloor heating. The kitchen contains an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/ dryer and dishwasher. For entertainment, guests are provided with a TV and WiFi. Outside there is off-road parking for one car. The central heating is powered by electric and is included in the rental price, along with bed linen, towels and power. One well-behaved dog is welcome. Please be mindful that smoking is not permitted at the property. There is a shop 0.2 miles away, a pub 0.3 miles away and a beach within 0.6 miles. 1 Tregonwell Court is a lovely dwelling for a couple looking to explore Somerset.

Visit Blenheim Gardens, which has won numerous prizes for its magnificent floral displays, or take a historic steam train ride from the coast on the West Somerset Railway.
