Location and Area: LOCATION, location, location……… Conveniently just a 5-minute level stroll to the local shops in one direction and pretty Axe Harbour with yacht club and cliff top golf course in the other.
Walk along by the River Axe to the pretty village of Axmouth, one mile away with 2 local inns. Nearby is the famous Seaton tramway, which runs along the beautiful River and Valley (a bird watcher’s paradise) to Colyford and market town of Colyton.
Superb walks along the South West Coast Path, one way to nearby Lyme Regis with famous Cobb and the other to the quaint fishing village of Beer, further on to Branscombe and Sidmouth.
