East Apartment is the ideal seaside accommodation for visitors to Lowestoft looking for a relaxing coastal break. The home is a stunning third floor apartment with panoramic views out to Lowestoft harbour. The famous Sandy Beach of Lowestoft is only yards away. The property boasts a modern interior and finish. It is all located on the third floor with direct lift access directly into the apartment, making it an ideal retreat for the whole family! If you can drag yourself away from amazing sea views from the living room, you are well placed to explore both Suffolk and Norfolk, being close to the border. The property is only a 5 minutes’ walk away from Lowestoft train station with direct links to London making it perfect for a quick and easy weekend getaway.
Lowestoft’s town centre and the Claremont Pier are also within walking distance and just a short drive away you will find Africa Alive safari park and Pleasurewood Hills theme park meaning there is plenty to do for the younger members of the family. Oulton Broad, known as the southern gateway to the Norfolk Broads, is a short car journey away. Here you will find excellent independent restaurants, pubs and lovely little cafés. Norwich is a fine city, also easily accessible by car or public transport. This bustling city offers history, culture and superb shopping with a medieval castle and cobbled streets. In fact, Norwich is the only city in the UK with a National Park. Beach 500 yards. Shop, pub and restaurant 150 yards.
