Adore this stylish, luxury apartment with stunning panoramic sea views.. All on the First Floor:
Open plan living space.

Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. Large balcony with outdoor furniture. Private parking for 1 car (on road parking). No smoking. . If you can tear yourself away from these apartments, then take a stroll and head into Southbourne, a trendy vibrant suburb of Bournemouth with a huge array of globally inspired restaurants, independent shops and some fantastic bars. The award-winning Southbourne beach is just 110 yards from the properties.
A short drive away, within 2 miles, is the historic town of Christchurch, Christchurch Harbour and Hengistbury Head, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
A little further afield you can head west towards the small peninsula of Sandbanks Beach with its spectacular views and fine golden sand. From here you can jump on a ferry to Brownsea Island, a fantastic National Trust site where red squirrels can be spotted. Dorset has many wonderful days out and a trip to the beautiful Jurassic Coast is a must to enjoy scenic coastal walks, and highly recommended is a visit to Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove.
Step back in time and head to Swanage and get a steam train to Corfe Castle, a thousand year old castle above the delightful town of the same name. A short drive to the east is the New Forest where you can go cycling or roaming to see ponies, donkeys, cattle and during pannage; pigs can also be found rummaging for acorns. Beach 110 yards.

Lovely apartment, sea view, dedicated parking

Very clean, good facilities, everything you might need is provided. Property is a spacious first floor apartment, the ground floor and second floor are permanently let out privately, but actually we never saw anyone else all week. Despite the suggestion on the property description that parking is on the road, there is in fact a dedicated parking spot off the road on the frontage of the property. Booking was a bit of a nightmare, I booked through Vrbo, but the property is actually let by cottages.com, and I had to pay them directly because Vrbo could not do the payments for some reason. Once I was in contact with the actual property owners, which only happened on the day we arrived, they were extremely welcoming.
