The house is situated on a quiet family estate and features an enclosed back garden plus driveway parking for two cars.

The property features a large family kitchen with Lavazza pod machine, dishwasher, Neff appliances and American fridge/freezer. To the rear you will find an open plan living/dining room with flatscreen TV, WI-Fi and French doors that open onto the enclosed garden. Southern features two beautiful guest rooms, one king-size bedroom and one twin room, all with super soft linen and fluffy towels. There is also a contemporary family bathroom with shower over bath and w/c. The property has a driveway with plenty of parking for two vehicles and additional, free, on street parking.

Lovely bungalow close to beach

Lovely bungalow in quiet residential area. Very clean and everything you need included, e.g. towels, bed linen etc. Dog friendly beach, Billy’s restaurant, The Pond Barn pub, The Goat Coffee Co cafe, Co Operative supermarket and Bracklesham Bay Tearoom all within 5 minutes walk. Short drive to East and West Wittering. We would definitely stay there again.
