This mid-terraced holiday home has three bedrooms, including a double, a twin and a single, along with a bathroom and an open-plan living with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Appliances include an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine, and for entertainment, there is a TV with Roku and WiFi. Outside, there is a rear, enclosed garden with a lawn, patio and furniture and driveway parking for one car. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Sorry, this is a pet-free, smoke-free property. You can find a shop, pub and beach within 0.6 miles. Please note that there is a railway line at the back of the property. Make memories at the seaside with a break at Milton House.

Town: The popular resort of Weymouth is an excellent year-round holiday destination, with a wide range of attractions to suit all tastes and ages. The wonderful golden sandy beaches offer great facilities for all types of activities, and regular fishing trips depart from the attractive, lively harbour. Portland Harbour and the craggy "Isle" of Portland, joined to Weymouth by the stunning Chesil Beach, are only a short drive away.
