Una proprietà a due piani situata in terza fila: questa casa con quattro camere da letto e due bagni è perfetta per una vacanza con i propri cari! Goditi il barbecue sul ponte avvolgente con vista sul tramonto o una tazza di caffè al mattino per ammirare il sorgere del sole.

Al piano inferiore, ci sono quattro camere da letto e due bagni. Due camere da letto con letti queen size, un letto matrimoniale nella terza camera da letto e due letti singoli nella quarta.

La nostra comunità privata recintata contiene numerosi percorsi pedonali con vista sulla costa, una sala ricreativa, campi da tennis nelle vicinanze, campo da pallavolo con sabbia, bocce e buca per scarpe da cavallo. Attività divertenti da fare con amici e familiari!

Fun get together

Perfect house for 8 people to have a fun vacation on the beach. The upper floor is so we’ll set up for groups with shared and intimate spaces, lots of seating and a wonderful open kitchen. Views on all sides make you feel like you’re part of the outdoors

Beautiful location. Very unique property. Development and the specific home is moderately weathered and in need of freshening. Furnishings are dated and mismatched but comfortable. We had a wonderful time there and would gladly return. Focus on the location and not the shortcomings of the home and you will enjoy your stay.

Needs some improvements

The house is in a great location. Unfortunately the house can really use improvements. First, we could not use the shower in the master because the water was only scalding hot. If you tried to turn it to cold it just turns off. Many of the drapes and blinds need to be replaced. The screens and sliding glass doors don't work well. The house has a terrible odor to it. The cleaning crew did a good job but everything in the house is just old. If you read the reviews (which I did only after entering the house) you will see people have been saying this same thing for a long time. Too bad the owners don't seem to care about updating this home that you pay $700.00+ a night for. We love Pajaro Dunes, but we won't be coming back to this home unless they update it.

Excellent location

Great location, comfortable for 2 families of 4. Brought an Xbox with us for watching movies. Needs some updating but the price and previous reviews reflect that so we were pleased with our stay. Plenty of room and super close to beach-would rent again.
