This delightful Victorian holiday home is situated in the popular area of 'Rodwell', just as short walk from Weymouth marina and harbour. There is so much to see and do on your doorstep, from a day at the beach to a boat trip over to Portland. The property itself has been tastefully decorated with guests comfort in mind. The top floor King size bedroom, benefits from its own en-suite shower room complete with shower, wash hand basin and W.C. This bedroom also has views over to Weymouth harbour. The first floor comprises two further bedrooms; one King size bedroom with feature bay window and fireplace, and one twin bedroom. From ASDA Weymouth, follow boot hill up taking the left turning into 'High West St' you'll see the Belvedere pub here on the corner. If you can, park in High W Street where there is unrestricted parking. If you aren't able to park here, drive down to the Council Offices car park and park up here. This is a metered car park, with 'Just Park' enabling you to top up from the house without moving your car. Parking is charged at £6 per day (at the time of writing). Once you've parked the car, walk back up High W St, keeping to the left hand side of the payment and you'll see Love Lane on your left - take the steps up to Love Lane and the house is the first red brick Victorian house on your left hand side.
