Our modern apartment is within a short walking distance of both New Street Station and Moor Street Station, the Bullring and Broad Street, guests can see all that Birmingham has to offer from this colourful and modernised property.

The space
This beautiful apartment has been recently refurbished to a high standard, with all the furnishings fixtures for a stay away from home.

The open plan living/ kitchen/ dining area is a bright and airy space to cook, eat or relax. The kitchen is equipped with all the standard equipment, including fridge-freezer, hob, oven, and washing machine.

The living/ dining space has a sofa - bed, 43" 4k TV and 4-seater dining table.

The bedrooms each feature a double sized bed, storage space and bedside table with lamp.

The modern bathroom has full sized bath and shower, heated towel rail and complimentary toiletries.

The TV is a Smart TV supporting all streaming services, as well as high speed Wi-Fi for internet access.

Guest access
Access for guests is to the entire apartment.

Other things to note
Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.

Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.

We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
