Bedroom 1: This room features a cozy double bed and offers a lovely view of the front of the property.
Bedroom 2: Accommodating up to 2 guests, this room has two comfortable single beds and overlooks the rear garden.
Bedroom 3: Perfect for one guest, this room boasts a single bed and also provides a view of the rear garden.
Living Area:
The living room is a welcoming space with a Smart TV equipped with Netflix for your entertainment. There's also a desk and chair, making it an ideal spot for remote working or catching up on emails. In addition, a dining table is available for shared meals or planning your daily adventures.

Free WiFi is provided throughout the property.
Kitchen:
Our separate, fully functional galley kitchen comes with all the necessary appliances to prepare your favorite meals. You'll find a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and plenty of cookware and utensils to make your stay convenient.

The bathroom features a relaxing bathtub, a massage shower, a sink, and a toilet, ensuring a comfortable start or end to your day.
Games Room:
For added entertainment, we offer a separate games room with interchangeable options for pool, air hockey, and table tennis. It also has a ceiling fan to keep things comfortable. The games room leads out to the private rear garden, which boasts a decking area with outdoor seating for you to enjoy the fresh air.

You'll have off-road parking for up to three vehicles on the side of the property, making it convenient for those traveling with multiple cars.

In addition to the three bedrooms, there's a double sofa bed in the living area, allowing the property to comfortably accommodate up to 7 people. A travel cot and high chair are also provided for families with little ones.

House Rules:
Please note that our property is located in a quiet cul-de-sac within a residential neighborhood. Therefore, we do not allow hen and stag parties or any other form of loud partying.

We have prepared our property for the current challenges facing guests. You can be assured therefore that we will be fully deep cleaning our property between every guest.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am.

Prior to arrival we will send you a unique key safe code to enter the property. We believe in letting our guests enjoy their stay alone, however if you do need anything we have people on hand to help you anyway possible.
Rules: This is a residential area and the guests should follow the below rules.
1. No parties or events at the house.
2. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 7 people.
3. No Smoking inside the property
4. No Pets
5. Parking should be made in designated area. Guests and visitors should comply with the parking regulations and requirements and must show consideration to other vehicles in the neighborhood.
6. Quiet time after 10pm.
7. Dispose of any rubbish in the bins provided.
