Rivermead is a three-bedroom cottage with a kitchen, dining room and sitting room. Appliances include an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coal effect gas fire, Smart TVs, DVD player and a selection of books. The bedrooms include a double, twin, and single, serviced by a bathroom and cloakroom. To the outside is an enclosed rear garden with patio and furniture, along with off-road parking for one car. Please note, pets and smoking are not allowed. WIFI, fuel, bed linen and towels are included in rent. Within 0.5 miles or less there is a shop, pub, and beach. Rivermead is a great base for exploring this corner of Devon. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out is by 10am.

Region: Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Town: Seaton is a seaside town in East Devon on the south coast. It faces onto Lyme Bay, to the west of the mouth of the River Axe with red cliffs to one side and white cliffs on the other. Axmouth and Beer are nearby. A sea wall provides access to the mostly shingle beach stretching for about a mile, and a small harbour. Seaton is on the stretch of Devon coastline, known as the Jurassic Coast, a designated World Heritage Site, and the town offers a good range of shops, friendly cafes, restaurants and pubs.
