You are equipped with all the essentials for a delightful stay, including a coffee maker to kickstart your mornings, cutlery for your culinary adventures, and a fridge to keep your beverages refreshingly chilled.

Additionally, the room boasts a cozy sunroom with a tranquil seating area and garden view, ideal for unwinding with a glass of wine and soaking in the scenic surroundings.

For your convenience, hangers are provided to keep your attire neatly arranged, along with a TV offering streaming options for entertainment after a day of exploration.

Relax in the comfort of the queen-sized bed with hotel-quality linens for a restful night's sleep.

Refresh yourself in the bathroom, stocked with clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Rest assured, professionals meticulously clean the room to ensure your comfort throughout your stay.

Important Note: The house has a CCTV in the common areas.

Important note: There is a common" kitchen" shared by all guests that should not be used to cook but can be used to prepare fast meals ( microwave ).

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Nestled in Porto, Poveiros is a vibrant neighbourhood with iconic attractions and bustling life. Stroll along the cobblestone streets and marvel at the city's beauty and history, with landmarks like the renowned Luís I Bridge, the majestic Livraria Lello bookstore, the picturesque Jardins Palácio de Cristal, the magnificent Porto Cathedral, the charming Clérigos Tower and the iconic Ageas Porto Coliseum. Transport links are close too, with the Bolhão and 24 de Agosto stations only a 5-6 minute walk away. Don't forget to take in the breathtaking Chapel of Souls, a must-see attraction on this street.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Bolhão, is just a 3-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 19-minute drive from the property.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

- Please note that this room is part of a property that has six double rooms in total and can be rented in its entirety for private events such as bachelor's/hen parties, birthdays, and even small weddings.
