This incredible, two bedroom, two bath condo is located in the Sunstone Lodge at Juniper Springs. Located in beautiful Mammoth Lakes, California. It features awesome ski-in and ski-out access during winter peak season (usually starts before Christmas and ends after Easter) for the ultimate skiing experience. Look up at the mountain from a private balcony with all the amenities of home. Unlike the Juniper Springs Resort, Sunstone is truly Ski-In and Ski-Out, just steps from the locker room to the ski slope of Eagle Express Lift #15.

Nice kitchen with granite counter tops and modern appliances including a large microwave oven and dishwasher. For your convenience, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and popcorns are provided in the condo. The condo sleeps six, with a king bed, LCD screen TV and attached bath in the master bedroom, a king and LCD screen TV in the second bedroom, and a 7" thick comfortable pull-out sofa-bed in the living room. Toasty warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Very comfortable living room with a large wall mounted LCD screen TV and gas fireplace. We provide a portable AC for the living room and a fan for each bedroom. The unit is also equipped with Chromecast, CD and DVD player, and fully stocked with board games, books, CD's and DVD's.

Located right on the ski slopes of Eagle Chair for winter use, and hiking/mountain biking trails in the summer. Sunstone provides fantastic year-round outdoor heated pool and jacuzzi, stainless barbecues, exercise room, laundry room, and high speed internet for your use. To relax a bit before or after skiing, there is a wonderful lounge. Espresso and food can be found next door at Juniper Springs Resort and Eagle Ski Lodge. Ski locker is available for guests to use. The building is equipped with elevators for convenient access to all levels. This is a Non-Smoking unit. Sorry, no pets.

Secure heated underground garage parking (clearance 8'2") is available with each unit. Only one parking space is available per unit (advance request for another parking space during low seasons spring/fall is possible but not guaranteed). From November 1 through April 30, no parking is allowed along city streets to accommodate snow removal equipment. The Town offers additional paid parking at several locations. You can take the free shuttle to the Village, Canyon Lodge, and Main Lodge. Please check VisitMammoth website for more info.

Low level intermediate skiers and riders can cruise down to the Eagle Express lift directly from the edge of the property. This high speed 6 person chair services the Little Eagle Ski Lodge, where you'll find a sport's shop, children's ski school, equipment rentals, lockers, and an indoor/outdoor restaurant and bar. Skip the crowds and long lines at Canyon Lodge for the relative tranquility of Eagle Lodge.
