Good enough
Pros: Large open kitchen/dining/living area with great kitchen and plenty of seating for two large families. Plenty of comfortable sleeping options. The beds were very comfortable!
Cons: The house was not very clean. There was dirt on and under most of the furniture and the refrigerator had an awful smell. The master balcony door was broke and we were not able to go out there. No beach towels were provided. No beach chairs were provided. We have stayed at 4 other properties in this subdivision and have always had beach towels and the large beach chairs and umbrella at the beach. This was very disappointing. There was no lighting behind the house to sit on the patio by the grill after dark. The furniture in the house was very outdated, dingy, and several things were broken, one chair we named “the death trap”. The master shower has way too much mold. There were not any left behind spices, etc. like salt, pepper, cooking oil, trash bags, ziplocks, foil, etc.
Overall, the house met the needs of our families with some positives, the large kitchen/dining with plenty of seating and the beds super comfy and large to be able to spread the kids out. Many of the reviews on the property comment on the same negatives. I thought when we arrived they would have addressed the negatives but they had not. Hopefully eventually they address them because I feel they will lose the business of repeat customers as I would not stay here again unless the negatives were addressed.
