Welcome to Grace On the Hill! This home, in the quietest of neighborhoods, boasts front and rear spacious outdoor living areas, both with spectacular views. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. Two bedrooms have exits to a deck which overlooks and accesses a large pool and deck area. An every day view consists of the islands of Culebra, and Vieques, Puerto Rico on the horizon.

Other Amenities:
Grace has plenty of off-street parking, and is conveniently located: close to shopping (Havensight is about 5 minutes away), the Red Hook Ferry, ferry ports in Charlotte Amalie, nature tours and some of the best beaches in the world! Come, stay, and experience the peaceful calm of “Grace-on the Hill!”

Everything was great except it was hart to get to. Ken the taxi drivers couldn't find it when given a pin dropped on a Google Map. Just insist in getting good directions before you travel there.

Our stay with Loretta and Joseph was amazing. Exactly what the Doctor would have ordered if a vacation was a prescription. Their hospitality was over the top. When we got there we were told. "You could see as much of us or as least of us as you want" since they share the property with us. Glad we chose more. They generously took us to nearby destinations which made things a lot more convenient than taking the local taxis! The property is a hidden Oasis on top of a mountainside littered with flowers, hummingbirds, butterflies and a most charismatic display of dominance between roosters, along with the amazing sounds of tropical wildlife. Aditionally a jaunt to the beach can be either a short ride or long walk you decide, while being captivated by the sand, water.... everything is picturesque. In the morning we could see the most beautiful sunrise then at night we could walk to the other side for an equally stunning sunset. But, for me, the pièce de résistance was the kidney shaped salt water pool, which we had full access to whenever we liked! I would definitely recommend this space for your next vacation!

Very nice

Loretta and Joseph were exceptional hosts. They made us feel very welcome and assisted us in any way they could. They even offered to give us rides into town (taxis are expensive) and show us around and also provided bottled water and snacks in the morning (fruit, muffins). The rooms were clean and fairly spacious, and the pool overlooked the green hills. We would gladly stay there again!

Hi, I am Joseph. I am also retired as a for former bank technology employee and ended my career as a supervisor in manufacturing. I too love the VI and enjoy spending time hosting our guests.

This property boasts spectacular views of sunrises, sunsets, and grandiose full moons. At night, watch the stars glitter with excitement. The property sets on top of a knoll and has spacious front and back decks for lots of outdoor living, and a salt-water pool! It is easy to find and is seconds from the main road. Returning home is one turn off the main road and up the driveway.

This property is within 15 minutes of mostly everything you want to do on St. Thomas. About 5 minutes to Havensight Shopping and about 10-12 minutes to the Red Hook ferry. It is nestled between Limetree Beach Resort (a Wyndham property), and Abi Beach which is a popular tourist and local beach. you can walk to both! But pick a beach, you are there in minutes. Also within walking distance to Antilles School, one of the premier private schools in the area.
