Welcome to your home away from home! This property is perfect for multi-generational families or two or three couples traveling together. Each family will have their own private bedroom and bathroom. Two of the bedrooms feature jetted bathtubs to revive your sore muscles after a day of skiing or hiking. Our home also features beautiful views of Pagosa Peak out the back, a 5 minute drive to the hot springs, and walking distance to shops, restaurants, a grocery store, and even a brewpub! You are right in the heart of all the fun Pagosa Springs has to offer.

One of the best features of our home is the amazing neighborhood it is located in! Renting a home in Pagosa lakes gives you access to the amenities below.

5 Beautiful LAKES
PLPOA Lakes are private. Only owners and renters in PLPOA can use the lakes for recreating. Swimming is NOT allowed in the lakes nor the use of any pool float, inner-tube or foam lounge chairs.

FISHING
Being a short -term renter in PLPOA allows you to purchase fishing passes during your stay. If you fish without a pass you will be issued a ticket. You may purchase a fishing permit across the street at the rec center. Weekly Permit: $40 Adults, $15 Youth (6-12) Daily Permit: $20 Adult, $10 Youth (6-12)

BOATING
All boats must be registered, all trailered boats must be inspected before launching. Please see our boating regulations on the PLPOA website.

RECREATION CENTER
The PLPOA Rec Center is a private facility. Only owners and renters in PLPOA can purchase passes to utilize the Rec Center. Being a short term renter in PLPOA allows you to purchase a pass during your stay. Passes can be purchased at the Rec Center for $15 a day.

Perfect for the family

Our stay was perfect! The property was accurately listed and easily fit a large group of us. We had absolutely everything we could possibly need. Our kids had a blast playing with toys int he loft which the adults enjoyed time downstairs in the spacious living room and stocked kitchen. It was in the perfect location near grocery stores, shops and restaurants. Communication with the owners was very easy. We would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful visit to Pagosa Springs

We had a wonderful time in Pagosa Springs. The condo was just as advertised; it was spacious and included everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The owner was responsive and very helpful during our stay (thank you, Kim!). The location of the condo is perfect. A short walk away from a great coffee shop and an easy drive to good restaurants and a grocery store. And not only did the beautiful hot air balloons fly over the condo, two of them actually landed right beside it! We couldn't have asked for better ringside seats! We definitely hope to come back for another visit next year!

Pagosa stay

The property is lovely, however, upon arrival the primary bedroom had no linens and the comforter was balled up on the floor. Glass doors needed cleaning, and we had trouble opening/closing windows. The washing machine was broken (owner told us they knew it, but it was scheduled for repair). As week went on, we found the oven was broken, we informed owners, they told us repairman was due to come out, but it never happened. All communication was through owners - I would have preferred to speak with a local property manager, but I was not given a name or number, despite repeated requests.

Noah's Graduation

We came into Pagosa for our grandson's high school graduation. There were 5 of us and the property was just perfect. We all had a great time and so much fun together. The property was easy to maneuver and location is just a few blocks behind the City Market, restaurants etc. We had a great time!!

This Condo is very nice! Great for couples or families. Central location convenient to shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, gas, car washing, and hospital. 'Welcome Book' offers hints for dining, fishing and hiking to name a few hints. Owners are "GREAT" folks ready to help with any request. Highly recommend #104 for your next vacation...we will be back! Thanks Kim and Geoff for sharing your lovely home in Pagosa!

This home checked all our boxes. We wanted a townhome for the low maintenance, we wanted to be close to downtown, and we wanted something big enough to host our family and friends. We think we found the perfect place and we hope you love it as much as we do!

This is an amazing neighborhood! Access to five beautiful lakes, miles and miles of hiking and biking trails, rec center, golf club, and proximity to shops, restaurants, and the downtown area.
