We'd like to assure you that your report was the first time our team was made aware of it, and this is certainly not up to our high standard for cleanliness. Had we known sooner, we would have immediately provided a linen replacement. Regarding the gap in communication that you encountered during your stay, we encourage guests to call our office during business hours and our on-call agent after hours to report any issues that come up. That said, follow-up is an extremely important aspect of our communication with guests, and we apologize for this unusual lapse on our end.
