Additional features include high-quality built-ins, multiple decks, a natural gas grill off the kitchen (no need for propane refills), whole house humidification system, blackout shades in bedrooms, and heated garage with ski/bike storage. The house has WIFI, as well as an office area with a built-in desk, computer monitor, and wireless printer. The home and hot tub are professionally cleaned and sanitized before and after each stay.

The home has 3 reserved parking exterior spots. *Take a 10 minute walk or short bus ride to the base of the Winter Park Resort to experience all the mountain has to offer year round. The Old Town shuttle stop is just 150 yards away. A family-owned, full service ski rental shop, Alpine Sun, is also a short walk away, directly across from the shuttle stop. The town of Winter Park is only a 5-minute drive or free shuttle away, with additional restaurants, shopping, and nightlife.
