Beautiful downtown Phoenix fully renovated historic home with one king bedroom and a den with a queen Murphy bed. One 4-piece bath, one 2-piece powder room, and laundry room (washer, dryer, and sink). Also enjoy living, dining, family, and a well-equipped kitchen, a large private, covered porch with eating and sitting areas, a private hot tub, and a private pool in summer. (Heating fees for fall, winter, and spring).

Beautiful Downtown Oasis

We are so happy we found this home, with comfort and character, that was so close to Downtown! Everything about this lovely home makes you feel you are in a true oasis. Comfortable and tasteful finishes and furnishings, and a tranquil back patio with pool made it a perfect stay We were lucky to be able to stay- Thank you for sharing your home.

Very nice

Despite a few hiccups, our overall stay was very nice. The property was very clean and the owners were responsive and friendly. They provided nice touches which were very appreciated. One thing that could be improved was we were only given 1 bath towel and 1 pool towel each. Also, there are several security cameras (front door, backyard/pool) which I understand but was surprised that this was not disclosed prior. Walking distance to many bars, restaurants and attractions. You can't go wrong, it's a gem.

Perfect house for what we needed

This home was great size for my husband, daughter and I. It was clean, updated and equipped with everything we needed from kitchen, laundry and bathrooms. It was in very close proximity to our event, as well as restaurants/bars, highway and grocery store. The airport is only a 10 minute drive. I hope we can stay again, and use the pool/hot tub next time. Barb and Mark were quick to communicate, they left easy/specific instructions with most commonly asked questions and even recommendations for the area.

Amazing house!!!!!

We had an amazing time at this house. It was clean, spacious, comfortable, and in a great location! The pool and hot tub were warm and lovely!! I’d definitely stay here again!

Hello, we are Mark and Barb Hartman. We have been married 32 years! We enjoy traveling, hiking, walking, biking, and skiing. Most of all though, we enjoy meeting people and spending time with family and friends! Mark works in sustainability and I., Barb, am a teacher.

The location and amenities of the home are unbeatable. The Heart of the City Home located on Hance Park is within walking distance of numerous restaurants, a variety of coffee shops, live theater, a multi screen movie theater, the Japanese Friendship Gardens, the Phoenix Convention Center, the Burton Barr Library (Phoenix's downtown library), the Phoenix Art Gallery and churches. The home is a half block from the light rail which offers five minute rides to Chase Field (home of the AZ Diamond Backs), the Talking Stick Resort (home of the Phoenix Suns), and the Herd Museum.
Guests in the home will enjoy high speed 5G WIFI, Google Home, a well equipped kitchen, laundry room, living, dining, and family rooms, two SMART televisions (one in the king bed guest room and one in the family room), free parking, an outdoor covered eating and sitting area, a gas barbecue, a hot-tub and pool (fees for heating the pool in fall, spring, and winter apply). Guests may also enjoy playing the German crafted Schimmel piano in the den where a queen sized murphy bed is located.
