Things to improve… Title- not serenity, the noise at night of the cars in the parking lot, laying patches, loud mufflers, racing,… was very disturbing. Wish we could have swept up, no broom Could not open porch door and enjoy the porch because no screens on two sides to keep out bugs, You know about the two foot puddle in the bedroom after the rain The pool area/ bathroom was not daily cleaned, I started to pick up beer tops on the grass, but they were too numerous, and time to throw away the ripped cushions. We understand storm damage, but the outside look of all the buildings do not present well. We appreciate the quick response when we reported a problem, we made the best of what there was.

Beach trip

Really nice property that was well supplied. Unit was as advertised, and a short drive to the beaches. Very clean with good seating in living space. Definitely will rent this unit again. The management was VERY communicative and helpful. Bent over backwards to help us out.

very cozy comfortable and convenient place to stay for 2

Process checking in is excellent, directions are excellent, we were totatlly comfortable. A very clean, nice place with private parking. The only thing that we didn't like as well was the distance from the ocean was a 4-mile drive. Otherwise, very convenient area.

Recommend Booking!

This was our first time staying at Capri Isles in Venice, Florida. We highly recommend booking a stay here! Here are the reasons for our recommendation: Amber, the Area Property Manager, was amazing. She was quick to respond to our questions before our stay, during our stay and after our stay. She and her team (Vince & Heather) did everything to ensure our stay was wonderful as it was. The complex is in great location - close to grocery stores, close to beaches, and easy access to highways. The complex has a large pool that we utilized daily. The unit is a perfect size for 2 adults, it is on the 1st floor, is an end unit and you get a covered parking spot close to the unit. There is no laundry in the unit but the laundry building is very close to the unit. Amber gifted us with a $20 gift card to use towards our laundry, and I met many nice people while doing my laundry. Wifi worked beautifully and there was a large tv in the living room and the bedroom with a great selection of programs to watch. We are happy to say that we are booked to return in 2024.
