Shine On is a condo located in the community of Cassine Village Located just 200 steps from the sugary white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. There are multiple options for recreation as Cassine Village has two swimming pools, two tennis courts, a basketball hoop, and several different hiking trails. Mi Casita (Mexican Cuisine) and Brozinni's Pizzeria are only steps away.

Great location

Centrally located in Seagrove Beach with quick access to many good restaurants. The beach is a literal two minute walk with very few stairs to traverse at the beach The property itself is clean and well maintained with updated appliances and furnishings. If I had to pick one con, it would be just a slight lack of closet/storage space, but you don't need much when you're at the beach My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at Shine On!

Amazing Stay!!

We just had the best stay at Shine On!! The location is great and the condo is adorable! !! Right across the street from the beach and we loved having snow cones, pizza, ice cream and more within walking distance! There is also a yoga studio and great juice bar about .5 miles away!! Our teens loved jumping on the bikes and taking off to Seaside!! The beach is busy but if you get there early it's fine! This was our first stay on 30A and we will be back! We went to Seaside almost every night and just Uber'd so we didn't have to deal with parking! Loved having an elevator on property and the pool was good size. If you can't be on the beach, this is about as close as you can get!!

Great location!

This unit’s location to the beach was excellent. It was literally across the street and a two minute walk. Room was updated and beautiful. Nice outdoor covered balcony that was furnished. Loved having the two bikes along with beach chair and umbrella. Place to rent these items in the same parking lot. Loved the pizza place next door. Great selection of food and reasonably priced. Can’t wait to go back.

Close to Seaside, busy public beach/2 pools

We have stayed in this development before, price point and location to Seaside being the biggest draw Enjoyed being able to ride bikes in Cassine Village neighborhood instead of next to busy highway. The public beach access just across the street is very crowed in peak season. Condo could use come updates, especially the rugs. There is bar seating, no kitchen table, and one couch. Bed was comfortable and plenty of towels were available.

Great location, great space.

Enjoyed everything about this property. Location, space, amenities, ease of check in. The only thing is we couldn’t locate the bikes. We never called so I guess it wasn’t a big deal. Everything else was awesome.

Everything was great!

The place was in very good shape and was clean when we arrived. Check in was very easy. We were sure where to park so I had to call a representative to get clarification and they picked up right away and were very helpful. 10/10

Perfect stay

If you are a family of four, this is your place! The location cannot be beat as the beach is right across the road from the unit. It was well stocked with everything we needed and the beds were super comfy. There are two pools, tennis courts, two bikes and a nature trail that come with this rental. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.

Location is perfect!

We loved our stay at Cassine Village! The Seagrove public beach entrance is literally right across the street. The condo was very clean and perfect for our family of 4. I highly recommend ordering pizza from Brozinni's Pizzeria, which is walking distance from the condo. It was REALLY good pizza! Just know that wifi information found online or in the app is wrong. It's correct on the laminated sheet inside the condo. We can't wait to visit again next year!

Short walk to beach

This is a third floor unit with an elevator to access. I did not hear neighbors on any side of the unit. The unit was very clean and comfortably furnished. It has better outside porch furniture than many of the other units. Appliances in the kitchen were all modern and working properly. All the basic utensils for simple meal prep were available. You do need to bring your own spices and such. It’s just across the street from the beach and the bikes and pools were much enjoyed. The master bed is quite firm. Not my favorite but that’s a personal preference. Would recommend.

Met our expectations

Shine On Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property Shine On is a nice sized one bedroom with bunks. Although, the furniture in the pictures are not what is in the unit. The couch, bed frame, bedding on bunks and more were not the same as the pictures shown. Poor quality mattress cover that can’t be taken off lead to sheets being having to put back on multiple times and were low quality. The wifi listed on the app was incorrect until we found the sheet in the property with the correct information. The tub also does not drain properly. The location is in a good spot but poor parking options. Overall would not suggest staying here again.

May 2021 Stay

Absolutely loved shine on! The owner was wonderful to work with, and oversee was helpful although we did not need much assistance from them, as the rental provided all that we needed and more! The owner has provided beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas to add convenience during your stay. The elevator made unloading the vehicles very simple! And the beach access point is directly across the street, with easy close drive-able access to multiple state park beaches nearby if you prefer these to walking across the street. Overall we had a wonderful vacation and this rental as an added bonus was quite affordable compared to others in the area. The community pools were seldom crowded even on a holiday weekend! .

PERFECT condo for us! Plenty of room with easy beach access!

Everything was within walking distance and the bikes were a huge hit. My sons rode all over Seagrove and Seaside area. I highly recommend this condo. On a side note, we thought the back door wouldn’t lock so I texted the management company. They were ready to send someone ASAP. Thankfully it was fine. We figured out you needed to life then handle to lock it. Error by renters. Very impressed with management company as a whole.

Great location

Great location for very easy beach access. Restaurants and stores within walking distance. We had some changes to our rental dates and the management company was very helpful and prompt.
