Each of 6 Suites is a spacious master with seating area, large closets and dressing area, and large baths with shower or tub.

Dramatic Middle level – features the infinity pool and patio with sun lounges umbrellas and access to the living room, kitchen and dining areas. The pergola outdoor living area overlooks the pool and is a perfect spot to curl up with a good book or enjoy your favorite beverage as you look out over the vast ocean view.

This Middle Level features two suites

Suite 1- The pool level master has a sumptuous King bed with luxury linens – a marble tiled bath with large shower, double sinks and dressing area. The large patio doors open to the poolside outdoor living room with vast ocean views.


Suite 2- This spacious room features two full size beds a spacious ensuite bath with elegant tile and large shower.

Top Floor – Features a lovely sundeck for early morning sunning and spectacular sunsets – just a few steps down and you enter the First Floor Which Offers three ensuite bedrooms

Suite 3 – The SUPER MASTER – this is the villas largest and most elegant suite featuring a plush king bed with luxury linens, an ocean view office area, large private balcony, a huge ocean front dressing room with warm wood closets and accents lead the way to an expansive ocean view double tub and shower with an amazing panorama of the bay.

Suite 4- A second large master suite awaits with King bed featuring luxury linens and a bright white décor. This suite offers a large bath with oversized shower and double vanities. Double French doors open to a private balcony with expansive ocean views.

Suite 5 – This lovely garden view suite offers two full size beds, a private bath with shower and spacious seating area with built in desk.

Ocean Level Floor
This lovely water level floor is like a private oasis for TV viewing, fishing from the ocean level patio, lounging at the waterfront of just a quiet and private personal space. This level features a full kitchen with breakfast bar dining area, private garden, ocean level lounges, TV and comfortable oversized couch and chairs for relaxing in addition on this level you will find our last suite

Suite 6 – This sumptuous suite offers a king bed just steps from the ocean waves. Its ensuite luxury bath features and oversized shower complete your private water level oasis.
