Located at the 4MM of the Osage arm in Jackson Branch Cove. We face east and have a fabulous view of the main channel as well as the cove.

Bathroom-This is a seasonal half bathroom. It is winterized from Nov. 1-April 1 and is not usable during those time frames.

We have a large, covered private 4 well dock for you to swim and fish. We have added an enclosed bar/tv area with a TV/Roku streaming. You are allowed 1 boat slip that is 24-ft long, 10-ft wide, to use during your stay. If you need another slip as well please contact us to discuss. There is a swim ladder and we have added a Dock Lifeguard device which should detect electric current in the water within 40-ft of our dock. Kayaks are also available for guest use! Our cove is over a mile long and about 1/4 mile wide.

Lots of Christmas trees have been placed over the past 20 years around the dock for fish structure. The result is excellent year round fishing! We consistently catch crappie, catfish, bass, and stripers. There are also several fishing chairs that we have placed around the dock for your convenience. The water is 22-ft deep at the dock during summer months.

We provide board games, cards, propane for the gas grill. For those with children, there is a pack and play, high chair, and baby gate inside the house. Our decks are set up so that you can close off most entrances with gates and contain small children. We have no street traffic to worry about and our lot is very shaded with large, mature trees.

We are in a quiet area as most of our neighbors are here on the weekends only. Our entire area is heavily wooded. If you want the hustle and bustle, you will have to drive to Osage Beach.

We have also made a three car off road parking area and we have 2 spots available on the road. This allows for us to have parking for 5 vehicles or a 3 vehicles and a trailer.

We gladly encourage you to bring along your four legged friends as we do allow pets (up to 3). Due to increased cleaning costs and added wear on the property, we do charge an additional nightly fee of $20/night/pet with a max of $100/pet. Because VRBO doesn't allow flexibility in pricing and we know that plans can change, this fee is charged two days prior to your stay and is NOT included in the original booking amount. We just like to be as transparent as possible with this fee ahead of time.
