Escape to our fully restored 1901 farmhouse, one of the original buildings in Heber City. Enjoy a blend of rustic charm and modern luxury in this family-friendly retreat. Nestled on nearly an acre of lush lawn and trees, enclosed by a white picket fence, our farmhouse is perfect for all seasons. Inside, enjoy a spacious living area, fireplace, huge kitchen, & 10-ft ceilings. Take a short 15-20 minute drive to Park City, Sundance, & Deer Valley or boat at nearby Jordanelle & Deer Creek Reservoirs

+ Fully furnished 4-bedroom/ 2 bath home with large living room and kitchen common areas that works well for groups or families tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood

+ Features elements of the original 1901 farmhouse, including with refinished Douglas Fir wood floors, red brick chimneys and wooden molding

+ Nearly an acre of open land (~0.5 acres within white picket fence) on grass with a fully-enclosed white fence, blue spruce, Aspen and lilac trees and several large gardens with wildflowers (in the spring/ summer)

+ 3 bedrooms with large queen beds (brand new Casper/ Puffy mattresses) and 1 bedroom with twin bed/ infant crib

+No pets or smoking please

+ Each bedroom has extra blankets/ pillows, spare sheets, ample closet space, and chairs, light-filtering blinds and Serena & Lily or Anne Selke area rugs, and most have desks for remote work

+ Includes high speed WiFi, laundry room with washer/ dryer, wooden drying rack, cozy fireplace in the living room, and coat closet for storage

+ Fully stocked kitchen with plates, bowls, cups, utensils and cookware (stove or oven) and flour/ sugar and spices for common use

+ Large paved and gravel driveway with capacity for 3+ cars and/ or trailer with boat, plus ample free street parking

+ Nearby activities include festivals, art shops, hiking/ backpacking on Wasatch mountains, boating/ kayaking/ windsurfing/ paddling boarding on Deer Creek or Jordanelle, skiing (Sundance, Deer Valley, Park City), dog sledding, and many other outdoor amenities

Cozy and convenient

Beautiful home! Had a wonderful time staying here. Home has all the amenities and is very cozy. Beds are super comfortable! This is the perfect home for a family getaway to unwind and enjoy the beautiful Wasatch Back.

Home away From Home in Heber

We loved our stay at the Heber house. It was perfect for our family vacation with married children and grandchildren. Love the decor it feels so clean and welcoming. The kitchen and dining area were so accomodating for our large group. The beds were comfy. Not haveing central air was a concern at first but the rooms stay cool with the individual air conditioners and it did cool down at night. We loved being 10 minutes from deer creek and spending days on the lake. Coming home to the Heber house was relaxing. Its a great location. We would stay again.

Wonderful accommodation

This beautifully restored farmhouse was perfect for our family. We had room for everyone and were very comfortable. The property manager made sure that our needs were met. The fenced yard was large and a great place for the children to play.
