Soak in your private hot tub as you take in the spectacular city and ocean views!

This Westcoast contemporary home has high ceilings, wood finishings and lots of natural light. Enjoy 2,800 square feet of comfortable living on two levels with all the comforts of home!

The main floor features hardwood floors, a living room with a gas fireplace, dining room with seating for 8 people, well-equipped kitchen with bar and dishwasher, family room with gas fireplace, guest bathroom, laundry room, and sunroom, a perfect yoga studio with a walkout to the deck. The deck offers a place to dine, lounge or simply soak in the hot tub – it’s under cover so take in those breathtaking sunsets rain or shine!

The upper floor has a master bedroom with a king sized bed (two connected twin mattresses), an ensuite bathroom and balcony. The two other bedrooms each have a desk and share a large bathroom with a shower and bathtub. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has a double bed.

The house is equipped with highspeed internet, Netflix, cable TV and a variety of board games for your family to enjoy. It is located at the end of a cul de sac in a safe, quiet neighborhood in North Vancouver. There is parking on the driveway and on the street.
Walk out your doorstep and access the many hiking and biking trails. Ideal location for a celebrity home, given it's private location.

Incredible getaway, but close to everything

I had a fantastic holiday stay here with my husband, my sister, her husband and teenage daughter. We wanted someplace where we could enjoy the natural scenic beauty of the region, but still have easy access to the great restaurants and activities in metro Van, and this place was a fantastic fit. It made our Christmas holiday feel so cozy to stay in a real home (incl. seasonal decor that our host put up for us) yet there was plenty of space for us and the cleanliness and amenities were top notch. I think the property looks even nicer in person, and the views over North Van and across the sound are really incredible all day and any kind of weather conditions. I booked this place for the hot tub with a great view (and it was lovely) but we actually enjoyed the two fireplaces just as much and the comfortable seating options in both rooms made it easy for our 5 person group to spread out or cluster as desired. Our host Iva was very easy to get in touch with, and went over everything we might need to know in advance. The property backs into a wooded area that had nice trails. You do need to drive in order to run any kind of errands, but we used our rental car to get groceries, etc and then parked at the SeaBus (commuter ferry) terminal and didn't bother bringing the car into metro Van. I can't recommend the property enough, and my family agrees we'd love to book it again for another trip.

Wonderful stay in North Van

The property exceeded our expectations, it was a wonderful experience and the snow was great The kids enjoyed it a lot and we were all sad to leave The views are spectacular, great location Very comfortable and great heating

The best part about this property is that it's quiet and so close to nature. Just step out your door and you will find the entrance to hiking trails. If you want the bustle of the busy city, it's only a 20 minutes car ride. But when you come back home, you will feel you are away from it all. It's a great place to relax and enjoy the breathtaking views!

Look out of any window and there is a view. When sitting on your deck you have complete privacy. The property is situated right next to a park, so its peaceful with only nature sounds. The view of the city, Lions Gate bridge, and the mountains on Vancouver Island is spectacular! Every sunset is unique! It's a photographer's delight!
