Enjoy our stocked and cozy 1 BR apartment close to Downtown Little Rock. Please note this Airbnb is in a shared building with 3 full-time tenants and you always need to be respectful of noise. No smoking or partying.

The unit is fully loaded with a Nespresso machine (treat yo self) kitchen & cooking essentials, box fan, additional sheets & comforters, air mattress, fold out couch, towels and a smart TV so you can stay short or long term with the turn of a key!

Plenty of parking in the lot out back, or on the street. The unit is 1 of 4 and there are 2 main doors for entering/exiting.

Located just 1.1 miles from Simmons Bank Arena! Just a couple blocks north of the Historic Argenta district which contains restaurants, bars and a comedy club! Just 1.7 miles off of interstate 40!

There is street parking out front and a small parking lot around back. This is just two blocks north of the Argenta District but not really a walkers neighborhood. If you can find one nearby I’d snag a bird or lime scooter and scooter over to Argenta and get some drinks.

This home is located right on Main Street. So the trade off of being in the middle of everything is that there is a healthy dose of noise coming from the road as well. Nothing extreme but worth bearings in mind if background noise is a concern.

#1 - Locals must communicate they are locals before booking
#2 - No parties of any kind (this includes bachelor/bachelorette parties, etc.)
#3 - No smoking of any kind (cigarettes, vapes, marijuana, etc.)
#4 - No pets (unless it's a service animal)
#5 - Do not have more guests than quoted in your reservation
#6 - No photography/video productions without disclosing to us
#7 - Quiet hours are 10pm-8am
#8 - We are not liable for any injuries or possessions lost during stay
#9 - Any stains that ruin items will be charged to guest (throw up stains, wet bed stains, makeup stains, etc.)
#10 - No candles or flammables allowed inside the unit
#11 - Any items not found from inventory at cleaning will be charged to guest
#12 - Fees will incur for any violations of house rules

Poor Communication

The host did not tell me in advance when the reservation was canceled. Made a big deal over nothing this place is not worth the price.

Antique home charm

Property is an old 4 plex. Had troubles with the code door locks. The only way to keep the entrance door closed was with the code lock. Cheap, simi modern furniture. Furniture was good condition. There were no curtains over the windows and the blinds are torn up. So no privacy in a downtown location. Had a great capsule style coffee maker, but no coffee capsules provided. There were used capsules in the back compartment of the coffee maker. The toilet had urinate still in it upon our arrival. Some previous customer left behind a gold necklace. The toilet paper dispenser is located behind the seated position. Unreachable while seated. The bed is very low to the ground and way to soft. Whatever support is not working so my lady and I continually rolled to the center. TV is Wi-Fi only. Carpet in front room and bedroom are stained. We just stayed an over night to attend a concert. This unit was close to the venue and downtown. The downtown area has lots of great eating and shops. But for the cost of this one night I could have gotten a really nice professional managed hotel room. The owner is really responsive and friendly. I believe they just need to take this critique to upgrade their unit. The potential is there.

Nice Place

This is a nice place and was very clean. It is in a good location if your doing something in the downtown area. But the heat would not turn on and it was very cold in the apartment. We had it turned up to 72 and it stayed at 63-65 the whole time.
