Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Beautiful view of creek

It’s so peaceful and lovely by the creek, even in the snow. Easy location for local food & groceries. Drove to Breckenridge most days. Shared hot tub was quiet and warm. Outdoor but covered parking space. Nice to be on the ground floor with no stairs.

Beautiful condo and great location along river

This condo is nicely decorated, comfortable and quiet. The river is right outside the family room/kitchen area. Liked the radiant floor heating and the fireplace made it cozy. Close to Keystone, Breckenridge and Vail.

Almost Perfect!

Beautiful condo, great location and peaceful views. It looks exactly like the pictures!!!! The only reason I cant give 5 stars is due to the cat/animal hair.
