Nestled in the gated community of The Dawn, this 2BR/2BA condo is located just across the road from the beach. Enjoy sweeping views of the gulf from the private second-floor balcony. During your stay, you’ll also enjoy access to two pools and a hot tub, and a community grill area. Extra perks include a community hot tub and grill area. Beautifully renovated, this unit features new tile flooring and upscale furnishings throughout. Guest amenities include beach toys, beach chairs, an umbrella, books, and a Pack 'n Play, as well as complimentary WiFi, a DVD player, video games, and an in-unit washer/dryer.

When you want to venture out, explore a plethora of dining and shopping options nearby, and enjoy convenient access to some of Galveston’s most popular destinations, including the Pleasure Pier and Bishop’s Place.

THINGS TO KNOW
The parking rate for 1-3 days is $36.70 plus tax ($3.30), a total rate of $40.00. The parking rate for 3 or more days is $45.88 plus tax ($4.12), a total rate of $50.00.
Please note this second-floor unit is only accessible via a flight of stairs.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great property!

I would stay here again! This is a great property, with everything labeled and amazing instructions (especially how to get into the unit). For those that have difficult walking or with stairs this unit may be more difficult for you. Loved the noise machines in each of the rooms as well, and very comfortable beds. Would 100% book this unit again.

Loved the condo overall. Sliding glass door to patio is in need of cleaning/repairs. Doesn’t easily open/close. A guy was sent out to look at but wasn’t able to do anything. Stated it needs to be cleaned and rollers replaced. Regardless of this issue, we truly enjoyed our stay and the condo.

Perfect Beach Location

I loved the location, right across the road from the Beach. You can watch/ listen to the waves any time of day from the balcony. The hot tub next to the pool was great (my son loved the pool and said it was warm). The kitchen was fully equipped, plenty of dishes, pots/pans & stuff to cook up meals if you want to save some money. They have a little white noise maker in the bedroom which was nice (road traffic can be a bit loud), but we live on a dead end road in the country, so we may be more sensitive to the noise than some. Beds were comfortable. There were a couple of camp chairs and boogie boards in the closet that were useful. Loved having a washer/dryer, especially the dryer for towels after swimming each day.

Beautiful Condo with Beach View

We loved it all! The condo was perfectly put together, very comfortable, lots of little things that some rental groups have seemed to have stopped doing such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, cooking aids, salt and pepper, etc. The view was gorgeous, access to the beach was perfect, access to amazing restaurants, and Walmart very close by. Beautiful facility with hot tub and 2 pools! The only negative was that the building is right off of a busy street, and the traffic is a little noisy. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone!
