Welcome to your ultimate mountain retreat on the Deschutes River! This spacious 2-story home offers the best of Bend, Oregon. With the Big Deschutes River at your back door and Bachelor Mountain just 20 miles away, adventure awaits!

Relax and take in the stunning river views from the expansive 1400 sq ft deck. The half-acre fully fenced yard provides ample parking, making it perfect for small weddings, reunions, and kids to play safely. Sunriver's restaurants and shops are just minutes away.

Inside, the 2700 sq ft property features 2 master bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and an open-concept living area with a chef's kitchen and dining space. The ground floor offers a pull-out queen bed in the living room, while upstairs you'll find a loft with a queen-size Murphy bed, a full bathroom with a jetted tub, a private bedroom with a king bed and workspace, and a playroom with a king bed for up to six kids to enjoy with sleeping bags.

The half-acre gated front yard features a fire pit area for cozy evenings. We provide sleds, bikes, kayaks, and paddleboards for a fantastic river adventure. On the deck, you'll find a brand new luxury Hotsprings Highlife Collection Hot tub, outdoor seating, a propane fire bowl, and a BBQ cooking area overlooking the river and marina.

Explore Sunriver, Mt. Bachelor, and Bend with ease from this highly desirable Water Wonderland location. Parking is available for multiple vehicles.

Exceeded Expectations

This home is beautifully stocked and not with the cheap items you frequently find in vacation rentals. Management was easy to work with and quick to respond. My only criticism is that this is decidedly NOT a 4 bedroom, nor does the “children’s bedroom” (which feels like a creepy closet complete with a hot water heater) have a king, queen and twin bed. It only has a king and because of the steep slant of the roof it would only be uncomfortable to sleep on the one side. Honestly the room situation would have really frustrated me but EVERYTHING else was so exceptional, I feel like they really earned the 5 stars.

Excellent home for entertaining

This home worked great for a family reunion we had recently. The living room, kitchen and dining make for a great gathering place for the whole family with the vaulted ceilings, open layout and beautiful views of the river.

Deschutes paradise

We had just stayed at a VRBO down in Irvine. Day and night difference. The owners on Snow Goose have pride of ownership. We were very happy. 2 great beds but the other "2 bedrooms" are not bedrooms would be the only negative.
