Portside Unit J3 is located in the family friendly Portside Resort on the west end of Panama City Beach! This cozy 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom townhome is pet friendly for up to two dogs. J3 is right beside one of the fabulous pools and a quick walk to the beach! You will enjoy your walk with nice views and pretty landscaping. When you return from the beach, enjoy relaxing outside under the covered porch or take advantage of the MANY amenities!

Resort Amenities: 3 pools (one heated), a jacuzzi, a kiddie pool, tennis courts, shuffleboard and a fitness center.

Don’t recommend to stay here

One of the bunk bed mattresses had a huge hole eaten out of it so you could feel the bars. Another mattress was ripped so was essentially not covered by anything. There were stains all over the carpet, pretty sure there was a leak in the hvac unit (we could hear water dripping all day), and the unit smelled horribly even the couches. We had to buy scented wall plugs for the whole house. And the fuse box lock was broken so we couldn’t close it shut, conveniently located in the entrance hallway. NEEDS renovation! But was located in a good area. Also make sure to visit the rental place first not the unit office, they will charge for parking passes.

Quaint condo with short walk to beach

Had fun with 3 day stay at property. As others have noted, some upgrades needed (master bedroom mattress and sliding glass door) but overall good trip.

Good Value for Money- but needs updating

Overall property was good. Here's the good first: Excellent location near the beach and shops & restaurants. Much quieter than other end of PCB as this property is in an area with fewer high-rise condos (fewer students). Heated pool was terrific and grounds were in very good condition- saw workers tending to landscaping every day. Now the not-so-good: Unit itself could use some updating- upstairs rugs stained and all patio doors in dire need of maintenance, perhaps a Keurig coffee maker and gas BBQ would be good, and neither of the DVD players worked. Master bedroom mattress was the worst I have ever slept on- Needs replacing urgently!
